Zach Newlin and his team picked up their 2015 championship trophy Saturday night at the first ever PASS banquet. Mike Donald (announcer at Path Valley) was MC for the event with nearly 100 people in attendance for the event. Newlins brother Lance picked up the crew chief of the year award after stepping away from driving for health reasons and wrenching his brother to a championship. Ken Duke Jr. Picked up second place with Tyler Reeser, John Martin and Erin Staler rounding out the top 5.
John Martin was declared rookie of the year among a talented group of rookies in 2015 and John Bordlemay was awarded the Sportsmanship award. Sean Kirkpatrick will receive a plaque honoring the late James Campbell.
Don's performance was honored for being the premier sponsor of the series in 2015 with a plaque and Christi Ort was given the Directors Award and numerous gifts and contributions for her efforts organizing fun events and her work on social media helping to promote the series.
Teams were updated on an awesome schedule which is soon to be released as well as an expected visit for Jim Stannard from IMCA as well as Roger Haden from RaceSaver in early February.
