Mark Watkins started on the pole for the 20-lap Pennsylvania Sprint Series feature. And like (sporstsman feature winner) Cisney, Watkins took command of the lead on the first lap. Todd Spangler, Wes Zimmerman, Rod Ort and Logan Wagner gave chase, but Watkins opened a seven-car length advantage.
Several caution flags gave Spangler a chance at passing the leader. Following each restart Watkins, from McConnellsburg, drove away from the field.
The red flag came out on lap 16 for a nine-car pile up in turn one. The car driven by Todd Lynn flipped wildly entering turn one. Lynn and the other eight drivers escaped injury.
Mark Watkins led the remaining laps in the Roger Watkins-owned No. 17 to easily win over Spangler, Rod Ort, Nathan Gramley and Randy Kaylor.
The Sprint Car heats for the 27-car field went to Rodney Westhafer, Ort and Mike Freet.
