Our Annual meeting will be held on Saturday October 27 at 10am. The meeting will once again be held at the Red Zone Bar and Grill in Mifflintown Directions can be found Here. Committee members will arrive at 9am for set-up and review, teams can access the meeting room beginning around 9:30am. Our annual review and plans for 2013 shoulod only take about 1/2 hour or so followed by questions and answers.
We understand there is a breakfast restaurant at this location now if you wish to arrive early for breakfast and the Red Zone will be open for lunch following our meeting in a separate room.
Attendance for active teams is suggested but optional and new teams are encouraged to attend as we will cover the normal series overview along with addressing any new issues and looking forward to 2013. We're asking active teams to register on the schedule and new teams to send e-mails as space is limited.
We'll also recognize our 2012 Pick 10 finishers and we hope to have several door prizes for attendees.
