Clinton County Raceway has undergone a big transformation over the winter, promoter Mike Evock and staff have been busy reshaping the speedway and adding clay along with several other improvements.
More importantly the speedway has been renamed Racing For Heroes Raceway.
According to the track web site Racing for Heroes is a 501 C3 for non-profit. All of Friday night racing proceeds will go into track operation and helping disabled veterans. Fittingly the track will open Memorial Day weekend while PASS has a busy 3 race schedule at other track. Our first race will be the following Friday May 30th.
We’ll be working on updating our records to the new name but we look forward to participating at the upgraded raceway and helping to support the hard work that has been invested in an important cause.
